Here is a step-by-step guide to ordering, from the moment you contact us, until the products are delivered to your home.
Step 1:
Please contact us by filling in the contact form on the website or by calling us.
Provide a brief description of what you would like to do and your needs. Please remember to provide your delivery address. We can also call you back if you wish.
Step 2:
We provide you with layout proposals and quotations within 7 days, according to the finish and the type of layout required (with a supplement for extra furniture where necessary), with an estimation of delivery time and delivery fees.
Step 3:
You accept the quotation and place an order by paying a deposit of 30%. We provide a receipt for payment.
Step 4:
When we receive the deposit, we launch production of your order. If the furniture is in stock, delivery time is between about 2 and 6 weeks.
In some cases, the delivery time may be between 3 and 4 months.
Step 5:
We contact you when your order has been completed.
Step 6:
Your order is delivered to your home either by a carrier or by our team if you requested the assembly and installation of your furniture.
